Do you suffer from addiction or simply want to make a life-altering change? You are in charge of your life, no matter what it is you are currently choosing.

In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Viktor Anderson about being five years sober and the factors that lead up to his choice to change as well as the tools he still uses to live a more magical life.

Addiction is a really interesting, tough, big, popular topic. Viktor says it is an ongoing journey that he doesn't think will ever end, but he finds the whole journey so cool. It's also intense and uncomfortable but it's creating so much.

It's really important to get that no one is right or wrong with what they are choosing, but you have to look at your choices and whether or not they are a contribution.
